Job Description

Summary... This position provides general nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the health care team. He/She is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing. VIRTUAL NURSE RESPONSIBILITIES The Virtual Nurse will be practicing at the top of their scope working remotely from a centralized location. The Virtual Nurse responsibilities will be centered around care coordination which will include plan of care, evaluation, teaching, guiding teams and coaching nurses. The VN will also do tasks that may include admissions, discharges, assessments and hourly reputed company.
