Job Description: Will handle reputed company incoming internet, email, social media, text, chat and phone inquires Will be available to respond to inquiries in a reputed company, professional, well-spoken manner Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection Must be able to conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet reputed company email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately Will deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly Will work with reputed company Sales and Management staff to obtain customer satisfaction during dealership experience.
