Job Description: • Will handle reputed company incoming internet, email, social media, text, chat and phone inquires • Will be available to respond to inquiries in a reputed company, professional, well-spoken manner • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection • Must be able to conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet • reputed company email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately • Will deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly • Will work with reputed company Sales and Management staff to obtain customer satisfaction during dealership experience. Skills / Requirements • Must have good verbal and written communication skills • Must be available to work Monday thru Sunday from hours of 8:30am to 7pm, or any variation ranging during open business hours • Must have the ability to adhere to attendance guidelines, requiring regular attendance is an essential job function • Must be proficient with reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook • Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required • Must be self-motivated and goal oriented • Must be able to hit sales quotas and closing percentages • reputed company applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license Apply Job!
