Systems Support Specialist- Remote

General Position Description A leading provider of supply chain solutions to the healthcare industry seeks reputed company candidates for the position of Systems Support Specialist... The ideal candidate will have a strong background with reputed company SQL Server as well as troubleshooting and resolving problems with our system. Effective communication with end-users of our system and staff members is required. You will work with internal Integration and Technology staff to identify solutions to problems, as well as assisting with the design of and future enhancements to our system. Systems Support • SQL database design and maintenance • Developing and using SQL server scripts • Data imports • Database migrations for SQL Server upgrades • System testing (quality assurance) • Technical and end-user documentation • Troubleshooting and resolving system problems Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • reputed company supported versions of reputed company Windows Operating Systems (client and server) • reputed company supported versions of reputed company SQL Server. • Programming and/or scripting. • Strong written and verbal communication with supervisor, other employees, customers, consultants, and other peers involved with projects. • Ability to switch between working independently and with a team as needed. • Logging relevant activities for time spent in our Dynamics 365 system. • reputed company recommendations for improvement of existing processes or implementation of new processes to enhance efficiency. • Ability to travel, if needed. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • reputed company SQL certification. • Project Management certification.
