Home Health Scheduler (Weekend)

Currently, we are looking for a Weekend Home Health Scheduler who would like to combine their love for people and strong work ethic with the opportunity to advance your career. As Home Health Scheduler you will be responsible managing and performing a variety of administrative duties in the office, including, but not limited to scheduling clinicians to meet client needs, monitor productivity, as well as tracking frequency and durations of pts. Train and maintain consistency with staffing coordinator staff and implement centralized scheduling model •

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities: • Obtains schedules (electronically) from clinicians on a weekly basis • Enters patient frequency and duration data into the data reputed company • Coordinates employees schedules to maintain proper productivity • Coordinates caseloads with clinicians to determine which patients can... be seen by LVNs or PTAs • Speaks with patients regarding reputed company employees are scheduled for visits • Data enters frequencies and durations into to data reputed company for visit tracking • Tracks reputed company lab results and faxes information to clinicians as well as MD and infusion companies • Contacts staff regarding new patients on their schedules • Faxes/emails reputed company patient information to the clinician • Convert reputed company admits/discharges • Update the agency census weekly to ensure reputed company patients are on clinical schedules. • Coordinates and emails/faxes reputed company weekend on-call information to the administrator on-call and • the clinicians who are scheduled to reputed company patient care. • Set and coordinate schedules of SCs to ensure consistent weekend coverage and productivity. $25 - $27 an hour At Mission reputed company, we reputed company in fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued and every employee feels respected, accepted, and empowered.
