Remote Executive Assistant to CEO and COO

Job Overview We are in search of a committed Executive Assistant who will provide pivotal support to our CEO and COO in a fast-paced and evolving environment. This role encompasses a range of intricate and confidential administrative responsibilities, playing a vital part in ensuring seamless operations within our organization. Key Responsibilities • Efficiently manage the calendars of the CEO and COO, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements. • Compile and prepare essential materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes. • Screen and prioritize communications on behalf of the COO, handling sensitive information with utmost discretion. • Assist the COO with the management of day-to-day operations. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and aid in the preparation of reports. • Work collaboratively with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Serve as an intermediary between the COO and various stakeholders. • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and professionalism. • Organize and coordinate company events and meetings as directed. • Oversee logistics for training sessions and other organizational functions. • Provide assistance with research, data analysis, and strategic planning as required. • Lead specific projects and initiatives as assigned by the COO. Required Skills • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize daily tasks effectively. • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive mindset. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. • Active driver's license. Qualifications • High School Diploma is required. • Experience in administrative support is preferred but not mandatory.
