The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with QuickBooks Online and be comfortable working independently from home. Responsibilities: • Accurately enter invoicing data into QuickBooks Online, ensuring data reputed company and consistency. • Retrieve and process documents from our local Roanoke, VA office. • Maintain organized records and files. • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
