Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with reputed company Account Executives to design and implement a comprehensive integration strategy for our clients, partners, and prospects. • Serve as a trusted advisor for customers navigating digital transformation. • Cultivate in-depth product knowledge and demonstrate how our platform addresses customer challenges. • Interact with a diverse group of stakeholders to effectively communicate the value propositions of our platform. • Represent our platform at user conferences, webinars, and marketing events. • Utilize sales methodologies to improve the likelihood of securing business from our customers. • Employ technical discovery methodologies to assist the sales team in identifying technical compatibility. • Work alongside product and engineering teams to improve our offerings and influence our product roadmap through customer insights. • Provide valuable feedback and direction on customer needs to the product development team. • Mentor junior sales engineers and assist in their development. • Create and maintain reusable content such as presentations and demonstrations.
