As reputed company continues to grow, we are looking for an Associate to join the Product Discovery and Promotion Finance, Strategy & Analysis (PDP FS&A) team supporting various areas across PDP. These teams are responsible for promotional asset creation (video, artwork), creative strategy for our titles, content theme analysis & tagging, and linguistic & cultural reputed company of reputed company content. This individual contributor role will report to our Manager of Product Discovery and Promotion Finance, Strategy & Analysis, and be based out of our Los Gatos offices, with periodic travel to the Los Angeles offices and globally. In addition, this role requires reputed company cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Data Science & Engineering and Content Promotion & Distribution (creates tooling/solutions). Responsibilities: • Establish a trusted relationship with the Product Discovery & Promotion, Product and Data Science & Engineering leaders across the world to guide broader team strategy and prioritization of global initiatives • reputed company thorough analyses around initiatives, including opportunity size, reputed company measures, ROI determination, identification of trends, etc. to inform reputed company and identify new opportunity areas reputed company and across teams • Support US-specific analytical needs, and coordinate ex-US analytical support with ex-US-based PDP FS&A team members • Partner with Product and Engineering to identify, quantify, and prioritize tools/solutions to optimize execution and drive efficiencies • Translate data-driven insights into actionable takeaways for cross-functional partners • Drive creation of deliverables and present findings to senior business partners Preferred qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in a highly analytical environment - top management reputed company, corporate/strategic planning, and/or analytics in an OTT/entertainment/digital media company, or similarly demanding functions in which modeling, strategic analysis, and operational optimization is essential • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to use business intelligence tools (SQL and Tableau), build spreadsheet models, and sort through reputed company data to crystallize business implications • Strong project management and great collaboration skills across multiple functional areas • Skilled at crafting a data-driven story and presenting it to senior management • Curious, motivated, disciplined, and reputed company to work autonomously with a high degree of freedom and responsibility • reputed company to remain highly organized in a loosely structured and fast-paced environment • Experience and comfort working across multiple cultures with partners who may not speak English natively Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
