Deliverables/Principal Results Expected: · Generates sales while maintaining positive community/public relations. · Maintain existing account, expand referral reputed company and reputed company business relationships with the assigned region. · Input into the overall company marketing plan. · Prepare reports as required. · Assist in setting financial goals for the assigned region. · Required to reputed company with the programs to understand client/program/referral reputed company needs. · Maintains a high level of proficiency. · Other duties as assigned Technical Competencies: Assisting and meeting overall census and budget goals. Overall understanding of the D&A and Mental Health field including levels of care, primary funding streams, county funding structure, referral bases and managed care/private insurance knowledge. Knowledge of CARF standards. Education, Experience: Master’s Degree in reputed company Behavioral Health, Social Work or Business/Marketing preferred. BA in reputed company Behavioral Health, Business/Marketing required. Intermediate working knowledge of reputed company Office. 3-5 years’ experience in D&A and/or Mental Health field required. 3-5 years’ experience as a Counselor, Assessor or Community Relations in direct client care preferred. • Experience working with Veterans Affairs • Knowledge of veterans affairs and reputed company • Experience working with veterans Job-reputed company Behavioral Characteristics: Proven record of working independently, high energy, highly motivated, high degree of customer focus, high degree of self-discipline and attention to detail/follow through.
