Tester (IT Services)

We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Quality Assurance Tester to join our IT services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions by developing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify issues, suggest improvements, and ensure that our services meet the highest standards of performance and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Design, reputed company, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various IT services and applications. • Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of software products. • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and define testing criteria. • Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and ensure timely resolution. • Participate in Agile/Scrum... ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment on quality goals. • Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams, promoting a culture of quality and reputed company improvement. • Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and scripts for efficient regression testing. • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry best practices. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field. • 3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, preferably in an IT services environment. • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete) and frameworks (e.g., JUnit, TestNG). • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) for writing automated test scripts. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
