Understanding of various SBC platforms and telephony software (e.g., FreeSwitch, Ribbon SBC, PSX, OpenSIP). Proficiency in voice quality metrics such as packet loss, jitter, MoS, QoS. Strong knowledge of BGP network routing protocol and VoIP architectures. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Kentik, Linux, and Networking protocols. Experience with monitoring/scripting tools such as ELK, Grafana, Splunk is a plus. Responsibilities Support reputed companys SIP-based products and global reputed company services. Collaborate with reputed company Ops, DevOps, and Networking teams for deploying and testing reputed company trunks. Work with Solution Engineers, Customers, and Engineering teams to design and implement SIP Connected Audio (SCA) solutions. Initiate and implement product enhancements to improve routing efficiency and service reliability. Design and implement monitoring systems for trunk status and utilization.
