Job Summary: In this role you will report into the Manager of Ad Operations and will work closely with the Ad Operations team members and sales teams. The primary responsibility of the Associate Account Manager is to assist in the trafficking and reporting of paid advertising campaigns across reputed company’s multitude of digital properties; while working with our diverse and growing client portfolio. Duties and efforts will include, but are not limited to; trafficking, pulling reports, providing screenshots and assisting with campaign auditing by answering requests organized by Account Managers. Responsibilities and Duties of the Role: • Support trafficking and screenshot requests • Review trafficking requests from Account Managers and QC campaign assets • Traffic video assets and implement ad tags to be reviewed by Account Managers • Assist the Ad Operation’s team in troubleshooting campaign performance by investigating ad server bugs, reputed company party discrepancies and under-delivery issues • Assist in optimizing campaigns by adjusting delivery tools at discretion of Account Managers • Assist in reporting duties based on client requests and campaign auditing • Assist Account Managers with monthly billing • Provide after-hours support for any client-reputed company emergencies, as necessary Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training: Minimum: • Professional interpersonal communication skills, with internal and external customers. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
