Key Responsibilities • Manage your own litigation caseload, overseeing cases from initiation to conclusion. • Work closely with fellow attorneys and partners on a variety of legal initiatives. • Regularly attend court appearances and depositions. • Maintain communication with clients, offering timely updates and status reports. • Ensure adherence to relevant client guidelines. Required Skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Comprehensive knowledge of general liability, premises liability, trucking, and transportation law. • Familiarity with legal project management is advantageous. Qualifications • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution. • Licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada. • A minimum of 3 years' experience in general liability, including exposure to premises liability, trucking, and transportation.
