Job Title: Healthcare Customer Service ( HRA- Population) Job Duration: 4 Months Contract ( Possible Extension ) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (CST/EST) Location: Remote Pay reputed company:- $ 17 / hr On W2 Duration: 4-6 month Job Responsibilities The Medicare Population Health HRA Care Navigator will:
- Conduct telephonic reputed company to reputed company Medicare customers to complete health screenings.
- Educate customers on plan benefits and address gaps in care.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely hand-off to appropriate care teams.
- Document reputed company interactions for regulatory review.
- Assist with scheduling medical appointments and connecting customers to case management and community resources.
- Escalate customer concerns or issues appropriately.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic attitude.
- Proficiency in navigating computer applications, including reputed company Outlook, reputed company, Word, and dual-monitor setups.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and reputed company action plans with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of healthcare and regulatory requirements with an emphasis on Medicare.
- Experience in managed reputed company services, or population management is preferred.
Education:
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Experience:
- 1+ years in managed care or a reputed company healthcare field.
- 1+ years involving telephone contact and process management preferred.
