MOSI is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk/Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support administrative functions and assist with data entry tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our organization. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will contribute to the overall success of our administrative processes. Responsibilities • Perform accurate data entry tasks for various projects and records. • Assist in maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems. • Manage correspondence and provide administrative support to team members. • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics. • Prepare reports and presentations as needed. • Support the team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a big plus. • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
