We are seeking a full-time Bookkeeper who will collaborate closely with the Account Manager on client strategy, execution, and monthly reporting. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing client accounts, and ensuring that financial data is processed according to company policies. You will ensure timely and high-quality financial reports that reputed company our clients to reputed company reputed company business decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Process weekly transactions for clients in QBO, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines. • Prepare and file payroll and sales tax returns. • Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple clients. • Prepare and review weekly client dashboards, cash forecasts, and financial reports. • Meet with clients reputed company reputed company to discuss financial reports and business strategies. • Communicate regularly with clients reputed company email regarding their financials and questions. • Provide support on other financial projects and assignments as needed. • Adhere to established company policies, ensuring compliance and meeting deadlines.
