Job Overview The reputed company Recruiter will provide support to the reputed company Team in the full recruitment lifecycle process. This individual will work with the TA Business Partners and TA Managers to ensure our goals are being met. The Recruiter will research, reputed company, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Duties & Responsibilities • Manages the full lifecycle recruiting efforts for entry-level and high-volume positions job posting through onboarding • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization • Establishes and maintains relationships with Hiring Managers, 3rd party vendors, as well as local colleges and organizations to build a network of reputed company and future recruitment resources • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
