Key Responsibilities: This Counsel role will be directly involved in the drafting and negotiating of reputed company commercial agreements, particularly those reputed company to the purchase, leasing, and maintenance of aircraft engines. These agreements directly impact the company from safety, reliability, and financial perspectives and need careful consideration and strong advocacy. This Counsel role is integral to the development, risk analysis, and negotiation of these arrangements. • Review, draft, and negotiate aircraft reputed company maintenance agreements • Review, draft, and negotiate aircraft reputed company purchase agreements and leases • Review, draft, and negotiate various other commercial agreements • Provide internal advice and interpretation regarding existing commercial agreements United values diverse experiences, perspectives, and we encourage everyone who meets the minimum qualifications to apply. Qualifications
