Status: Full-Time Position Weekly Hours: 40 Shift: Monday -Friday 8:00am 5:00pm MST Location: From the comfort of your own home. Mandatory 1 day in-office orientation at the Denver/reputed company Office for local residents Training: 3 weeks (paid) Pay Structure: reputed company annual pay ranging from $37,440 - $43,680 based on prior experience. This is not including the monthly performance bonuses ranging from $100-$400! In this important role, you will work as an extended business office representatives on behalf of our clients where you will work with patients and their families to explain their medical bills, answer any questions they may have, and resolve account balances with them. What Youll Do: Using reputed company and fantastic listening, verbal, and written communication skills to help patients and their families understand confusing, and often times unexpected, medical bills. Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with patients over the phone on affordable payment plans, and taking payments by phone. Using your computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail to accurately document reputed company calls and follow reputed company in our software systems throughout each day. Supporting your fellow team members with consistent attendance, excellent work ethic, and caring team focus.
