Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to assist our reputed company sales team in driving customer satisfaction and business growth reputed company the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a natural curiosity, and the confidence to ask questions and solve problems. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations between the sales team and our customers, enabling our sales representatives to focus on closing deals and developing client relationships. This is a position that will require bi-weekly travel to RGA locations and riding with reputed company Sales Representative. Key Responsibilities • Support reputed company Sales Team: Assist reputed company sales representatives by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and ensuring reputed company relevant information is available for sales calls and meetings. • reputed company Management: Assist in identifying and qualifying sales leads, conducting research, and gathering relevant data to pass on to the reputed company sales team. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and organize sales records in CRM, customer databases, and sales reports. Assist in preparing presentations for the sales team. • Problem Solving: Proactively address customer issues by investigating problems and providing solutions, escalating to the appropriate team members reputed company necessary. • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with fabrication, logistics, and inside sales to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery. • Support Sales Campaigns: Participate in sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and trade shows, as needed, to help generate leads and support the sales pipeline.
