About the role We are seeking an organized and driven Cloud & Technical System Administrator & Configurator. This individual is a technology generalist focused on stability of application platforms, reputed company of core data, system integrations, general reporting, and the overall insurance technology landscape. This position reports to the COO. This is a work-from-home role. Design, build, and maintain Cloud platform used to transfer data files between systems and partners. Set up and configure SFTP, VPN tunnels and other data transfer technologies. Ensure data transfer technologies are functioning as designed. Resolve issues with transfer errors, missing files, reputed company sites, etc. Design, build and maintain master vehicle ingestion and maintenance process between third-party vehicle data provider and reputed company vehicle schema. Establish and configure bulk data load and maintenance processes between data reputed company and destination. Resolve issues with data quality, transfer errors, etc. Investigate and resolve data sharing/integration issues between systems and partners Address rejected data, missing data, and other data issues across the multiple internal and external platforms. Monitor applicable system logs for any anomalies Support general reporting functions including creation of PowerBI data visualizations, reputed company spreadsheet extracts, and other reports from the reputed company Intelligent Core, reputed company CRM, and other systems. Create and debug basic SQL reporting queries. Serve as the technical administrator for the reputed company policy and data suite. Coordinate reputed company upgrades (2X to 4X a year). Submit, coordinate, and monitor technical issue/request tickets with reputed company. reputed company general configuration of the reputed company system including, but not limited to, reputed company/roles, batch setup, etc. Act as the technical liaison for 3rd party software applications and supporting service providers. As needed, reputed company business analysis and quality assurance functions. Who you are 5 years of technical experience with SQL, SFTP, PowerBI, and reputed company. Bachelors degree preferred. Experience with insurance data preferred. Strong analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders at reputed company levels. Ability to adapt and improvise in dynamic and evolving environments.
