THIS POSITION IS SCHEDULED TO reputed company IN JANUARY 2025 AT THE NEW IFCO SERVICE CENTER TO BE LOCATED AT 1420 MILITARY PARKWAY, MESQUITE, TX. 3rd Shift Production Shift Supervisor - Overnight Shifts Beginning on Sunday Night, Running Through Thursday Night. Sunday Night 7pm - 7am; Monday Night Through Thursday Night, 10pm - 7am. Mandatory Overtime As Production Requires. Shift Supervisor Job Description SUMMARY: As a key member of the operations team, main accountability will be the overall supervision of the reputed company shift operations with concentration on personnel safety, product quality, and operational effectiveness of the facility. Follows and enforces reputed company facility safety policies ensuring the highest operational safety standards. Utilizing reputed company and future quality control processes to ensure product meets or exceeds IFCO Systems product quality standards. Meet or exceed production goals as designated by senior management for the facility. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for documentation processes including shift summary sheets, product wash sheets, recollection wash processes, quality processes and paperwork, cleaning processes and paperwork. Enforce safety policies and processes for reputed company personnel reputed company the plant. Ensure reputed company PPE is being worn per IFCO Systems standards and ensuring AIB standards are upheld.
