Lowe's is hiring for Sales Associate - Internet Fulfillment What You Will Do: As a Sales Associate in Internet Fulfillment at Lowe's, you will be responsible for processing online orders, coordinating fulfillment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This means: • Order Processing: Receiving and processing online orders, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment or customer pickup. • Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, restocking products, and ensuring accurate inventory counts to fulfill online orders. • Customer Assistance: Assisting customers with online orders, answering questions about products, availability, and delivery options. • Fulfillment Coordination: Coordinating with shipping carriers and delivery services to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. • Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customers receive their orders on time and in good condition, and resolving any issues or discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications: • 6 months of sales experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs, including add-on sales and explaining product features and benefits. • 6 months of retail experience providing customer service, including resolving customer issues and assisting customers in locating products. • Bi-lingual skills, if applicable to the store.
