About the position The Data Scientist / Decision Scientist role at reputed company is focused on leveraging advanced analytics and data science to enhance health care delivery. This position is part of the Analytics & Behavior Change team, which aims to provide insights that inform provider networks and engagement strategies, ultimately supporting members in their health and wellness journeys. The role involves developing algorithms, statistical models, and data visualization tools to solve reputed company analytical problems and improve network performance and consumer experience. Responsibilities • Participating in the development, validation, and delivery of algorithms, statistical models, and reporting tools. , • Solving moderately reputed company analytical problems. , • Developing, validating, and executing algorithms and predictive models to investigate problems, detect patterns, and recommend solutions. , • Exploring, examining, and interpreting large volumes of data in various forms. , • Performing analyses of structured and reputed company data to solve moderately reputed company business problems, utilizing advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses. , • Developing data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, and standardize data that helps generate insights and addresses reporting needs. , • Using data visualization techniques to effectively communicate analytical results and support business reputed company. , • Creating and evaluating the data needs of assigned projects and assuring the reputed company of the data. , • Demonstrating good written and verbal communication skills. , • Ability to present information to various audiences. , • Effectively resolving problems and roadblocks as they occur. , • Demonstrating proficiency in several areas of data modeling, machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, data engineering, and data visualization. , • Ability to work with large data sets from multiple data sources.
