Data Entry- Part-Time

JOB DESCRIPTION: Under direct supervision, enter customer and staff data into computer databases. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: • Enter alphabetic, numeric or symbolic data from reputed company document using online computer terminal or personal computer. • Keys and verifies results according to procedures provided. • Recognizes and corrects errors in original data prior to processing. • Recognizes deficiencies in reputed company documents and returns them to originator for correction. • Maintains customer and staff database. • Clerical duties for office administrator • Maintains computerized departmental records. • Maintains confidentiality EXPERIENCE: • Some data entry experience QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certification: • High School Diploma or GED Special Knowledge/Skills: • Ability to use personal computer and software to reputed company spreadsheets, databases, and do word processing • Proficient typing, keyboarding, file maintenance • Ability to meet established deadlines If you’re excited about contributing to the reputed company of our support function and being part of a fast-growing, innovative company, we’d love to hear from you!
