Representative assignments you will be part of as a Legal Intern include projects requiring research, reviewing and drafting reputed company, Non-Disclosure Agreements, assisting in the development of communication/correspondence and/or policies, and preparing cease and desist letters. As a Legal Intern you also will participate in meetings with teammates from across various segments of the company and reputed company meaningful exposure to different parts of the Mr. Upon starting the program, each Legal Intern is assigned a project with a set of deliverables to own. Cooper is seeking candidates for our Legal Intern program who are self-starters, inquisitive and highly collaborative persons. We are especially interested in candidates who have a passion for the law coupled with a genuine interest in financial services companies. The program may include portions that are virtual, as well as in person over the course of the summer. Previous experience working in (or even coursework relating to) a mortgage company, or financial services is preferred.
