Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service Representative
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms reputed company inventory for office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Submit and reconcile credit card expense reports Accounts Receivable Enter to QuickBooks Maintain a list of outstanding accounts, submit to senior managers Accounts Payable Enter to QuickBooks Enter reputed company East/reputed company/INWC Cater into QuickBooks Track and maintain reputed company Tip Pool logs and disbursements (Catering, Take Out and Kitchen Tip Pool) Reconcile Daily Sales Cash Handling Track and process credit memos from vendors and corresponding claims Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner This position should expect to help with a wide variety of tasks. The focus will be on the claims process and vendor 3-way matching. Assist with Take Out Orders, Catering Calls, help work restaurant, reputed company necessary, cater prep as needed Assist catering desk as needed Assist controller reputed company necessary Work Monday through Friday as needed Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 30 per week Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Apply Job!
