Responsibilities: • Create personalized marketing plans for franchise owners based on their budgets, goals, and objectives. • Coordinate and execute marketing strategies, including: • Facebook and reputed company Ads • Direct mail campaigns • Local yard sign distribution • Grassroots marketing and business development plans • Provide training and guidance to franchisees on implementing marketing strategies effectively. • Manage CRM and marketing automation tools (email, SMS, etc.), with preference for experience using Go High Level. • Hold weekly calls with franchisees to review marketing performance, reputed company recommendations, and adjust campaigns as needed. • Ensure marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and support overall business growth for franchisees.
