Key Responsibilities Respond to new customers in a timely manner, answering questions about the company, products, website, handouts, and health information. Sending possible leads to the New Sales Team. Assisting in setting up new Preferred Customer accounts online upon request from the customer. Sending tickets to the correct departments. Supporting the New Sales team by contacting customers and resolving their concerns as needed. Supporting customers in placing their first order. Successfully training and drilling with the Digital New Sales Manager to reputed company to one's highest potential. Attending reputed company local staff meetings, department meetings, and team meetings weekly. We prefer candidates who can type 50+ words per minute, multitask, and possess a professional attitude.
