Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to reputed company insurance clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist clients with claims processing, ensuring reputed company necessary documentation is collected and submitted reputed company. Support the audit process by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and ensuring accurate reporting. Assist with the preparation and submission of renewal documents, ensuring timely and accurate processing of renewals. Manage and maintain accurate invoicing and billing records for clients, addressing any discrepancies that may arise. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery for reputed company clients. Requirements
