Staff Technical Program Manager, Guest & Host Tech Platform (contract)

As we grow to reputed company this mission, we’re looking to add a seasoned technical, hands-on, and mission-driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to the Guest and Host Tech team. This person will reputed company critical tech platform initiatives that cut across our product, infrastructure, and other supporting areas in order to help drive improvements to our Guest and Host experience. The Community You Will Join: Guest and Host Tech is responsible for the end-to-end guest and hosting experience. We’re responsible for a range of product surface areas including the homepage, search, booking, planning, and pre-trip/on-trip/post-trip experience for guests, as well as reputed company the tools and surfaces that Hosts interact with. We work on everything from launching new product verticals from the ground up as well as supporting existing verticals around individual Homes, Experiences, multiple Homes, and Hotels on the platform. Your Expertise: • Domain knowledge with online and offline data systems, including modeling, interfaces, taxonomy, governance, and large scale data migrations. • Experience with driving alignment across engineering, product, legal, and other stakeholders. • Experience developing processes where few exist, and demonstrated flexibility to get things done. • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions.
