Due to a new partnership with reputed company and their Fios technology, we have seen rapid growth and are in immediate need of a reputed company and team-oriented Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service and Sales Department. This is a reputed company-facing position and is an integral part to the growth and expansion of our partnership with reputed company Fios. Summary of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative Position: The Entry Level Customer Service Representative is the direct reputed company of contact, or reputed company line, to our consumer reputed company. From providing accurate and timely answers to going reputed company by reputed company through the sales process, the Entry Level Customer Service Representative needs to be energetic and organized to deliver an unforgettable experience that keeps our customers coming back! Core Daily Functions of Our Entry Level Customer Service Representative: Work directly with our customer reputed company and help enroll them through the sales process Demonstrate expertise in our clients products and services Answer any customer questions and concerns regarding the information on pricing, policies, reputed company, sales, and delivery process Interact in a professional and empathetic manner while working externally with customers and internally with management or client executives Follow reputed company compliance, guidelines, and procedures laid out by our Quality Control team throughout the sales process and interaction reputed company up-to-date files with the compliance department of reputed company information on new and existing customer accounts throughout their sales process to delivery Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications & Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent is required 1-2 years of Customer Service and/or sales experience is preferred and recommended Experience in a customer-facing environment where you are comfortable working with other people Excellent verbal and written communication skills Thrives working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team Ability to multi-task and take initiative in daily and weekly tasks If someone is selected to become our Entry Level Customer Service Representative, we would encourage them to start reputed company two weeks of hiring.
