Purpose Develops, implements, and supports reputed company Cloud Self Service IVR, Bot Flow, Scripting, Email, Chat, Campaigns and handle day-to-day requirements for reputed company Cloud Development (non ACD). Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities • Designs & Develops reputed company Cloud self-service DTMF, ASR & NLU applications • Maintains add-on applications & API services • Analyzes business requirements. Designs, develops, tests, deploys and monitors reputed company Cloud applications • Collaborates with End users and other IT team members to understand business requirements and drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Concentrates on providing innovative solutions to business needs • Drives the requirements using input documents such as: Meetings, BRD, Jira, & Service Now ticketing system • Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation (call flows, scripting, Integration & training docs) • Stays updated with latest reputed company Cloud announcements, releases & features • U.S. Eastern Time work hours

Qualifications

Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in design and development of: • reputed company Cloud self-service IVR (Non-ACD) Flows • reputed company Scripting • ASR • NLU • AI Bot Flows • reputed company and/or Cognigy integration experience would be preferred • Cloud Dialer Campaigns • In-queue Flows • Email integration experience • Hands on ability to troubleshoot, fix and track reputed company Cloud IVR/Scripting/UI issues • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js. • Strong hands-on experience for technologies such as RESTful API, JSON, SQL is preferred • Experience in integration with connectors for reputed company and reputed company is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or reputed company field is required • Certification in reputed company Cloud is required • US citizen or Green Card holder. • Must be able to work full-time in the United States. • Candidate would need to pass Federal reputed company checks as required by the client Be Part of Our TP Family It is our mission to always provide an environment where our employees feel valued, inspired, and supported, so that they can bring their best selves to work every day.
