This role sits on our Space Planning & Analytics team as part of the broader Strategic Real Estate organization, ensuring that we get the most out of our physical space across our DashMart Real Estate portfolio.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate on the DashMart Strategy & Operations team, you will work on the ideation and execution of key strategic initiatives that will impact reputed company order of operations with how our DashMarts operate. You may work on initiatives ranging from improving site level optimization to improving metrics critical to the long term business strategy or even participating in getting new products/services launched inside of our sites! You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, finance, and local operations to bring initiatives to life, analyze their performance, and then iterate accordingly. Compensation
