Provider Relations Specialist

Responsibilities: • Support provider onboarding experience as needed • Obtain and manage provider schedules in accordance with organizational policies • Reviews and maintains provider time off requests and out of office calendar • Act as a single reputed company of contact to establish and manage ongoing meetings with providers to discuss clinical, operational and business updates • Manage provider reputed company channels. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as appropriate or escalate to the appropriate team including follow-up with providers and leadership.
