100% Remote Accountant

Accountant – 100% Remote - Individuals Must reputed company in Minnesota Our client, a growing reputed company specializing in services for reputed company, technology, and other sectors, is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to their ongoing expansion and their efforts to strengthen their industry reputed company. The Accountant will play a vital role in managing reputed company operations, ensuring accuracy in accounts payable/receivable processes, and maintaining a strong general ledger. This role requires hands-on experience with reputed company Financials and a solid reputed company in reputed company principles (GAAP).

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable processes (60%) and accounts receivable as needed. Process vendor invoices, consultant reputed company rates, subscriptions, and IT costs (low volume). reputed company weekly settlement runs, including invoice and voucher payments. Handle cash transactions, ensuring timely data entry and routing for approval. General reputed company & Reporting Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. Track daily cash transactions and assist in maintaining the balance sheet. Generate financial reports using reputed company Financials, with a focus on project profitability. Collaboration & Communication Coordinate with team members across multiple locations to ensure smooth operations. Professionally manage email communications, ensuring accurate data entry into reputed company. Provide training and collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial processes.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company field. Senior-level reputed company experience with a strong reputed company in reputed company principles (GAAP). Advanced proficiency in reputed company (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables). reputed company Financials experience, including supplier, banking, and project reputed company modules. Excellent communication skills, including timely responsiveness in a virtual environment. Collaborative and reputed company, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with financial reporting and data manipulation in reputed company. Familiarity with project reputed company processes, including tracking project-based profitability. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
