Registered Nurse Care Ambassador

About the position The RN Care Ambassador is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating health and home care services for clients. This role aims to improve client outcomes, promote continuity of care, and ensure effective communication among interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
