Location: Remote Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until January 31st, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $81,000 - $138,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for reputed company’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans. • *reputed company will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States** Responsibilities • Conduct and document reputed company state assessments for web and mobile platforms. • Create detailed reputed company state journey maps to illustrate customer interactions and experiences. • Analyze reputed company customer data to derive insights and advise experience improvements. • Understand business processes, identify needs, and uncover opportunities for improvement. • Review business performance and find opportunities across digital channels, including websites and apps. • Collect and document requirements from collaborators to ensure the final product meets user needs. • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform development reputed company. • Create detailed user stories and functional specifications for developers and testers. • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical capabilities. Qualifications: • Strong experience with ecommerce platforms and prior implementation experience. • Excellent understanding of business processes and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement. • Proficient in analyzing business performance and digital channel opportunities. • Skilled in gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders. • Experience in conducting market research and data analysis. • Ability to create detailed user stories and functional specifications. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
