Healthcare Insurance Agent | Remote

RemX staffing is currently looking for a Healthcare Sales Agent. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction while achieving daily and monthly sales goals. The ideal candidate is motivated and driven by constant challenges and incentives, as well as open-minded to new reputed company and improvements. The Supervisor and Team reputed company will provide Sales Agent the tools and ongoing training needed to be successful. Pay • $18.50/hr plus $25 per issued policy (commission is paid out monthly) Job details and requirements • MUST BE LICENSED HEALTHCARE AGENT • This is a contract to hire opportunity • 100% remote – equipment provided • Making outbound calls using an automatic dialer • Making approximately 150-200 calls a day • Leaving many voicemails • Looking for a conversion reputed company on these calls of 20-35% • Must have at 1 year Medicare Sales Experience • Not for profit so mainly serving low income, elderly, veterans • High Sales driven environment • Performance driven Shifts • M-F 8:45am-5:30pm EST (Will work with candidate if unable to work reputed company shifts) • Must choose to work 2 days per week at a reputed company shift time • M-F 10:15am-7pm EST •

• Must choose to work 1 day per week at 11:15am-8pm shift time
