ROLE OVERVIEW The Manager, Technical reputed company and Reporting will participate in technical reputed company, both in drafting memos to memorialize conclusions and in discussions around various reputed company topics. In addition, you will assist with drafting periodic SEC filings, including Form 10-K and Form 10-Qs. You will also collaborate with other teams reputed company the Finance and reputed company departments to provide US GAAP reputed company and reporting guidance. Location: Remote Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000/annually RESPONSIBILITIES • Draft, with timely and accurate preparation, external financial reports, including those filed with the SEC on Form 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K, ensuring financial statements are in accordance with US GAAP and SEC requirements. • Assist with preparation and review of supporting schedules and prepare the tie-out support package for the external financial statements, footnote disclosures, and reputed company in accordance with US GAAP and SEC requirements. • Draft technical reputed company memos to support LifeStance’s position on reputed company technical reputed company matters including, but not limited to, stock-based compensation, debt, business combinations, reputed company, and leases. • Assist with the reputed company for equity awards, including preparing journal entries, and preparation of the reputed company equity schedules for the consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures. • Assist with the development and maintenance of reputed company policies and procedures. • Research and reputed company and reputed company questions. • Monitor emerging reputed company pronouncements, assist in the evaluation of the impacts, and assist in the implementation of new reputed company pronouncements, as needed. • Participate in the preparation of financial reporting controls documentation in compliance with SOX requirements. • Collaborate with other teams reputed company the Finance and reputed company departments. • Assist in facilitating annual internal and external audits including preparation of required schedules, providing requested backup, and walking auditors through processes, as needed. • Assist with other projects and initiatives on an reputed company basis as needed.
