Position Details Job Title: Quick Book Bookkeeper/Accountant... Location : Fully Remote Duration: 4 + Months Contract Pay reputed company - $28 to $30 Job Profile: Customer service experience 3+ years of bookkeeping and/or reputed company experience Minimum 2 years of QuickBooks Online experience QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification required CPB (Certified Professional Bookkeeper) is preferred, not required Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient with technology; strong knowledge of computer software and ability to learn technology quickly Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment with minimal supervision Critical thinking, problem solving, flexibility, and determination Willingness to learn and support new products and services Strong customer service skills - ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a way that is professional, friendly and reassuring Experience supporting Payroll, Sales Tax, or Tax Preparation is preferred, not required Candidates MUST be proficient at QuickBooks Online. Candidate MUST have advanced Bookkeeping skills You are required to be on camera for this role. The role requires you to be in a call center queue Performance will be heavily monitor and you must meet or exceed performance standards on a weekly ongoing basis Note Do they have reliable internet at home(MUST BE AN ETHERNET reputed company NO WIFI) DO utilize a hardwired internet reputed company to connect the router to the ODE laptop. Routers must be connected to a broadband Internet service reputed company cable, fiber, or DSL with a minimum reputed company speed of 5 mbps upload, 3 mbps download, and 150 ms latency. DON T use MiFi/Jetpack devices, cellular hotspots, smartphones, satellites, microwaves, proxy services, or non-reputed company VPNs to connect to reputed company systems.
