This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving technical issues, providing information about Bnkhub's products and services, and persuading potential partners to join our network. • Key Responsibilities: Tech Support: • Answer inbound calls from BSPs and address their technical queries reputed company to Bnkhub's platform, software, and devices. • Provide reputed company-by-reputed company guidance to resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems. • Escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate technical team and follow up on resolutions. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests. • Stay updated on Bnkhub's products, services, and technology to provide accurate and timely support.
