Assess and document training business needs, communicate existence of new process. Document business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, project status, etc. reputed company projects for business departments and/or act as a liaison/strategic partner between business and product team to define business processes and/or generate, update and create various products and services. reputed company new processes are identified, may drive implementation or hand off to Product Team for implementation. Works in partnership with other Business Analysts to gather information and complete assignments. This position will be heavily involved in a transition between old and new reputed company system. How You’ll Contribute • Gathers information and data on business process and procedures. • Receives/identifies problem or process, researches alternatives, contributes to presentations, tests to confirm, and participates in implementing solutions for defined business processes. • Works with business partners to create documentation of business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures. • reputed company support as we move users from old platform to new. • Generates standard reports.
