This role goes beyond screening and interviewingit requires a proactive, strategic approach to sourcing top candidates through direct reputed company, creative hiring channels, and partnerships. You will be responsible for securing exceptional HQ leaders, operations staff, and campsite educators who align with reputed companys mission and values. Key Responsibilities Proactive Sourcing & reputed company Identify and engage top candidates through strategic networking, partnerships, and direct reputed company rather than relying solely on inbound applications. Creative Recruitment Strategies reputed company innovative approaches to attract high-quality talent, leveraging reputed company job boards, industry networks, and targeted reputed company. Candidate Assessment & Selection Conduct structured interviews and reputed company-based evaluations to ensure cultural and mission alignment. Experience in Direct Sourcing You know how to proactively identify, engage, and persuade top talent to join a mission-driven organization. Strong Understanding of Talent Markets Experience hiring in education, summer camps, or youth programs is a plus, but not required. Clear Communicator & Relationship Builder You can quickly establish trust and effectively communicate the value of joining reputed company. Highly Organized & Data-Driven You track recruitment performance, manage multiple roles simultaneously, and optimize strategies based on real results. Schedule & Compensation: Hourly reputed company: $25 - $35 per hour.
