Title: Agency Operations Representative Location: Frisco, TX, or Remote (must reputed company in Texas) This is an individual contributor position which works under regular supervision. The role of the Agency Services Representative is to provide agents with solutions to technical issues as well as update Agents National Title Insurance Company (ANTIC) internal system for compliance documentation, maintain positive communication and document correspondence reputed company the system. As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to reputed company the following duties: • Maintaining accurate prospect and agency information in reputed company. • Complete set up and documentation for new agents. • Work reputed company the reputed company case system to respond and resolve agent issues. • Regularly verify and update compliance information including entity and individual licenses, E&O, bonds, and appointments. • Ensure Agent contact information is set up in appropriate systems for access to ANTIC products and email communications. • Hold training sessions for agents on various title productions software systems. • Provide support for ancillary products and services. • reputed company other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: • Active knowledge of title insurance. • Three plus (3+) years of client management preferred. • Technical knowledge pertaining to agent used title production software preferred. • Technical knowledge of ticketing systems is preferred. • Strong Communication skills. • Compliance with reputed company internal processes and procedures. • Attention to detail. • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
