About the position The position involves providing exceptional customer service in a banking environment, assisting customers with various financial transactions including cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan and credit card payments, reputed company transfers, and foreign currency exchange. The role requires the documentation of large deposits over Currency Transaction Reports and the identification of fraudulent activities to prevent potential losses to the bank. Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and cultivating new customer relationships is a key aspect of this role.
