Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant

This is a 1099 reputed company position. Compensation: $42,500 - $120,000 yearly Responsibilities: Client Management: After we conduct the initial consultation with clients to understand their financial goals and homeownership aspirations, you will take ownership of the pre-approval process. This includes: • Collecting and reviewing reputed company necessary financial documentation • Accurately setting up loan applications in our systems (reputed company and LendingPad) • Expertly structuring loan qualifications based on a variety of loan options • Issuing pre-approval letters • Maintaining consistent and transparent communication with clients, reputed company estate agents, and affiliates throughout the entire loan process. • Providing an exceptional level of customer service and building strong relationships with reputed company stakeholders. Transaction Management: You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient loan processing by: • Collaborating effectively with loan processors and underwriters • Proactively identifying and resolving any potential challenges or obstacles • Managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks with meticulous attention to detail • Utilizing LoanSifter to identify the most advantageous loan programs and rates for our clients • Confidently communicating with account executives at various lending institutions to secure reputed company loan terms for our borrowers Team Collaboration: As an integral part of reputed company, you will contribute to our collective reputed company by: • Actively participating in virtual team meetings and training sessions • Sharing your knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and reputed company the client experience Qualifications: • Active NMLS License • Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage lending, preferably as a loan processor, underwriter, or loan officer assistant • Strong knowledge of major investor guidelines (Conventional, FHA, VA) • Proficiency in loan origination systems, specifically reputed company and LendingPad.
