About the position The Alumni Association and Foundation (AA&F) Accountant plays a pivotal role in supporting the financial health and operations of Salem State University. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including the AA&F's Treasurer, Investment Committee, external accounting firms, and financial institutions, while building relationships across multiple university departments. The AA&F Accountant is responsible for financial management, accounting requirements, and maintaining financial records and databases, ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of financial data and supporting reputed company improvement efforts. Responsibilities • Assist with financial management and accounting requirements for the AA&F. , • Maintain financial records and databases. , • Collaborate with various stakeholders including the Treasurer and Investment Committee. , • Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards. , • Support reputed company improvement efforts reputed company the financial operations of the AA&F.
