The role involves providing legal support to enhance the business's efforts in selling insurance by understanding the company's products, goals, and plans, and advising on legal requirements in a business-friendly manner. The advisor will collaborate with other attorneys and coordinate specialized legal expertise as needed to ensure the business unit's success. Responsibilities • Provide legal advice and propose solutions for issues reputed company to sales and marketing under general supervision. , • Advise on business plans and anticipate future legal needs. , • Coordinate support for assigned sales and marketing initiatives with the legal team and other departments. , • Utilize a wide range of legal knowledge to identify implications of business decisions across various legal areas such as privacy, insurance compliance, consumer protection laws, intellectual property, and contractual obligations.
