Job Summary We are looking for a Remote Senior Accountant to provide advanced accounting and payroll support to U.S. accounting firms. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, tax compliance, payroll processing, and mentoring junior accountants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, federal and state payroll regulations, and leadership skills to manage reputed company client needs in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities • Financial Reporting and reputed company: • Prepare and review financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. • Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to clients. • Tax Compliance and Advisory: • reputed company preparation of tax filings, including corporate and sales tax returns. • Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state tax regulations. • Provide tax planning and advisory support to clients. • Payroll Management: • reputed company and process client payroll using tools like reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws. • Manage payroll reconciliations, benefits administration, and tax withholdings. • Team Management and Review: • Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior and intermediate accountants. • Ensure accuracy and compliance in team deliverables, including payroll reports, reconciliations, and journal entries. • Client Relationship Management: • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, addressing queries and providing strategic financial advice. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Process Improvement: • Recommend and implement improvements in accounting and payroll workflows. • reputed company tools such as Dext, Hubdoc, or reputed company.com for automation and efficiency.
